Chris Dallavo - President (2020 - Current)

Chris and his family have been residents of Western Springs since 2003. He lives with his wife and two dogs in Old Town. He is the proud father of 2 wonderful young women, the oldest a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison and the youngest attending Michigan State University. He graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1989 and Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 1992. He is an attorney with an office in Chicago. His practice focuses on civil litigation. He served as a Commissioner for the Western Springs Park District for 8 years and as President for 4 of those years. He has also served on the Western Springs Fire Pension Board.

Angelo Velliotis - Treasurer (2020 - Current)

Arda Kutlu - Secretary (2022 - Current)

Arda and his family have been residents of Western Springs since 2016. He currently resides in Old Town with his wife and two toddler boys. With degrees in Industrial Engineering, bachelors from Texas A&M and a masters degree from Northwestern, he currently works as a project manager for a software company in Chicago. Arda enjoys the parks almost on a daily basis with his family.

Jennifer Dunleavy - Vice President (2024 - Current)

Jennifer and her family have resided in Ridgewood of Western Springs since 2005.  She is the proud mother of three sons, now in high school and college, but who grew up playing in Western Springs’ parks.  Jennifer graduated from Northwestern University with a degree in Education and Social Policy and from DePaul University with a Master’s in Accounting.  She is responsible for finance and operations at the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education.  Jennifer served as a commissioner on the Western Springs Park Board for 4 years and is currently in her second term as a member of the Highlands District 106 Board of Education.

Ashley Hemingway - Secretary (2022 - 2024)

Ashley had significant contributions to the foundation during her short tenure, specifically establishing its website and other technical capabilities - which will allow the foundation to operate more efficiently for years to come.
