Thank you for your interest in raising funds to enhance the Western Springs community. To establish a new fundraising project with the WSFOTPF, please provide the following:

  1. A mission statement for your fundraising project, including the goals and community benefits.

  2. The name of your organization/committee; the name and email address for the lead person on the fundraising committee; and the names and email addresses for committee members.

  3. A statement as to whether the committee is aware of any other fundraising projects with similar goals to avoid any potential conflicts or confusion over the fundraising efforts.

  4. An outline of your expected fundraising methods and a timeline for your project.

  5. Any concept plans or drawings.

  6. Proposed information for inclusion on the WSFOTPF website (text, photos, etc.) for the actual fundraising effort.

  7. Documentation of preliminary approval of the project, as proposed, by the Western Springs Park District.
